SP IT Support by SP Marketplace is out-of-the-box IT Support solution that includes an IT help desk, change management, IT Asset tracking, calendar, discussions and technical documents management. An End User portal (MyIT) makes it easy for end-users to submit tickets, access a knowledge base, documents and training links. Tickets can also be submitted by email and web form. It is 100% customizable by business power users and is built on “native” SharePoint and Office 365.
This is a cost-effective approach for small- to medium-size organizations that wish to leverage SharePoint to provide a full function portal for their IT Department. SP Help Desk runs on Office 365 SharePoint Online or On-premise deployment.
