Although a bit expensive for a template, $299 for the Foundation 2010, we did find this much better than the out of box look and feel. So maybe it wasn't that expensive considering.
We are very happy with the look and feel. The developer was very responsive and was able to make minor adjustments for me. Would of cost a lot more having our inhouse web development team try to do this.
I'm very happy with the product, although I with I got more of a discount for a second SharePoint front end.
No reason not to be happy when the developer is standing by ready to provide assistance. This is so much better than the out of the box SharePoint look and feel.
