SmartLibrary provides monitoring and reporting of activities within document libraries and throughout the workflow approval process. Users can monitor statistics such as the average time a document takes to complete the workflow cycle.
- Document Undelete
SmartLibrary provides an undelete facility for documents and folders that have been accidentally deleted. Administrators have the ability to permanently delete items either manually or once a deleted item has reached a predetermined age.
- Publish to Other Systems
Workflow approved documents can be automatically published at the completion of the workflow to other systems including: Web Servers, SharePoint Servers, File Servers and Web Service compatible systems.
